View inventory
Open Inventory in the sidebar. The page shows all items for your workspace, with quantities for the currently selected location shown in the dropdown at the top.Switch location
Use the location dropdown in the page header to filter the list to one location’s on-hand counts. This does not hide items from your catalog — it changes which location’s quantity you see.Search and filter
- Search — matches item code (SKU) and description.
- Tags — filter by one or more tags. If you have no tags yet, the filter offers a shortcut to create one.
- Sort — order by date created, SKU, description, or quantity.

Plan limits
Your workspace has a total items limit based on your plan. This is a cumulative cap — it does not reset each month. When you reach the limit, you cannot add new items until you upgrade or delete existing ones. Existing items and stock are unaffected. See Billing & plans.Related guides
