What counts toward limits
Total items (does not reset)
The number of items in your catalog. Deleting items frees capacity. Adding items via the UI, CSV import, bulk create, or API all count. When you hit the limit, you cannot create new items. Existing items and stock are unaffected. The app shows: “Your workspace has reached its items limit. Upgrade to add more.”Transfers per billing cycle (resets monthly)
Each completed transfer increments usage for the current billing period. Reverted transfers still count toward the limit for the cycle in which they were created — plan accordingly. The billing page shows transfers used vs limit and the cycle end date.Locations, tags, and users
Hard caps per workspace. You cannot create more than your plan allows without upgrading.API requests
