What counts toward limits

Total items (does not reset)

The number of items in your catalog. Deleting items frees capacity. Adding items via the UI, CSV import, bulk create, or API all count. When you hit the limit, you cannot create new items. Existing items and stock are unaffected. The app shows: “Your workspace has reached its items limit. Upgrade to add more.”

Transfers per billing cycle (resets monthly)

Each completed transfer increments usage for the current billing period. Reverted transfers still count toward the limit for the cycle in which they were created — plan accordingly. The billing page shows transfers used vs limit and the cycle end date.

Locations, tags, and users

Hard caps per workspace. You cannot create more than your plan allows without upgrading.

API requests

Rate limits apply per plan for programmatic access. See API rate limits.

Upgrade or change plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade or Change plan.
  3. Select monthly or yearly billing and confirm checkout via Stripe.
After payment, limits update immediately. A success state may show confetti in the billing UI.

Manage subscription

Owners with an active paid subscription can open the Stripe customer portal from Billing to:
  • Update payment method
  • View invoices
  • Cancel or change subscription

Trials

Some workspaces may have a trial period shown on the billing page with a trial end date. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the selected paid plan or free tier depending on your checkout choices.

Usage sidebar

The sidebar shows a compact usage summary (items and transfers) with a link to upgrade when you are approaching limits.

Who can manage billing

Only workspace owners see billing settings and can upgrade. Members should ask an owner if the workspace needs a higher plan.
