What counts toward limits

Total items

The number of items in your catalog. Deleting items frees capacity. Adding items via the UI, CSV import, bulk create, or API all count. When you hit the limit, you cannot create new items until you upgrade or delete existing ones.

Transfers per billing cycle

Each completed transfer increments usage for the current billing period. Reverted transfers still count toward the limit for the cycle in which they were created.

Locations, tags, and users

Hard caps per workspace. You cannot create more than your plan allows without upgrading.

Upgrade to Pro

  1. Go to Settings → Billing (owners only).
  2. Click Upgrade or Change plan.
  3. Select Pro, choose monthly or yearly billing, and confirm checkout via Stripe.
Limits update immediately after payment.
