Account settings are personal to you — they apply across every workspace you belong to, not just one company inventory. Open them from the user menu → Account settings, or go to app.retrac.co/account/settings.

General

Update your name and email shown across Retrac. Email changes may require verification depending on your sign-in method.

Security

Under Account settings → Security:
  • Password — set or change your password (for email sign-in)
  • Connected accounts — manage OAuth providers linked to your login
If your organization uses SAML SSO for a workspace, you may still sign in with SSO while maintaining a separate account record.

Deleting yourself from a workspace (removed by an owner) does not delete your Retrac account. Deleting your account is separate — contact support if you need full account removal.

Signing out

Use Log out from the user menu. Your last visited workspace is remembered locally for convenience on next sign-in.

New users

After registration, new users land on the welcome screen to create their first workspace. If you were invited to an existing workspace, accept the invite first — you can skip creating your own workspace if you only need access to someone else’s.
